We follow the Colorado law, Colorado HB22-104. Institute of Modern Beauty Centennial follows a clear policy for transcript, diploma, and certificate access when there are unpaid balances.

Key Policy Points:

  1. Transcript Holds – Past-due tuition or financial balances may result in holds on transcripts, diplomas, or certificates.
  2. Procedures – Submit required documents for exemptions. A response is provided within seven business days.
  3. Exemptions – Documents may still be released for job applications, school transfers, financial aid, or military use.
  4. Payment Plans – Check out [email protected] to arrange payment options.
  5. Registration Holds – Enrollment may be limited until balances are clear.
  6. Complaints – Concerns related to HB22-1049 can be directed to the Colorado Student Loan Ombudsperson at [email protected].
