At Modern Beauty Institute Collins, we follow a simple and fair transcript access policy in line with Colorado HB 22-1049:

Students with balances due for tuition or fees may encounter transcript, diploma, and certificate holds.

Exemptions are considered for students in need of the documentation to apply for jobs, transfer into another institution, apply for financial aid, or pursue opportunities in the military.

Exemption requests are reviewed once the necessary documentation is submitted.

Students will receive a decision, along with an explanation, within seven business days.

Those with unpaid balances may also set up payment plans by contacting [email protected].

Concerns or complaints can be directed to the Colorado Student Loan Ombudsperson at [email protected].
